Shipping costs and delivery time:

Shipments to European Countries (except Portugal and Spain) have a fixed cost of 10,00 € per order.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24h-72h after receipt of payment. A tracking number will be provided for every shipment so you can follow your parcel.

If some item is not available for immediate delivery you will be informed and a new delivery period will be agreed. If there is no agreement between the parties, you have the right to withdraw the order and the amount paid in advance is returned to you.

Payment rules:

Ordered items will be sent by the Posto Office or Courier.

The order is delivered to customer's given address and delivery receipt is a proof of delivery.

When you receive the purchased goods please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. In case of non-compliance, you should write a report next someone representing the shipping company.

Delivery costs of the products specified in the form are in charge of the customer.

Items offered at www.numismatica-online.com can be paid by bank transfer, to the IBAN that you will receive by email, or Paypal.

Right of withdrawal and return:

You can cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason.
Notwithstanding, customer may at any time, without giving reasons, choose to not receive future shipments.

In order to cancel or refuse the delivery, a statement of withdrawal of the order/contract must be submitted (by letter, fax, email or telephone).

In case of cancellation or return of the order, www.numismatica-online.com refunds only the price paid in advance for the item(s). Customer must also return the order to the address of www.numismatica-online.com, in the original packaging, with transport at your own risk. The refund is sent within 2 business days to customer's bank account or Paypal account.
