Cyprus 2025 2€ 20 Years Member of the EU

The obverse of the coin features a stylised representation of Cyprus, evoking dynamism and growth through vertical lines. In addition, a map of Europe in the background illustrates the integration of Cyprus into the EU. The inscriptions “2004-2024” mark these two decades. Around the central design, the twelve stars of the EU symbolise unity and harmony among the Member States. Furthermore, the contrast between the nickel of the inner part and the brass of the outer part accentuates the details of the design, highlighting its visual and symbolic importance.
