The coin's reverse depicts the curve of an athletics stadium, complete with tracks and cheering crowds.
The official sports of the Finnish Figure Skating Association are singles skating, synchronized skating, ice dancing and pair skating. There are 80 member clubs in Finland with around 5000 active skaters and 10 000 skate school children.
