Marquis de Sá da Bandeira is a noble title created by Luís I of Portugal, by Decree of 3 February 1864, in favor of Bernardo de Sá Nogueira de Figueiredo.

Bernardo de Sá Nogueira de Figueiredo, was a Portuguese politician from the time of the Constitutional Monarchy and an important leader of the Setembrist movement in Portugal. He assumed several ministerial portfolios and was president of the Council of Ministers for five times, in addition to acting president of the Council of Ministers in place of the Duke of Loulé.
